Yoga & Pilates
The guided sessions at our yoga hotel near Meran invite you to align the body correctly and allow the mind to come to rest. Fascia training
Our fascia training releases tension, improves mobility and allows the body to feel light and supple again. Through targeted stretching and mobilisation exercises, a new body awareness emerges – vital, free and pleasantly relaxed. Fascia training is ideal as a balance to a sedentary lifestyle or to loosen up after an active day in nature.
Fitness
The fitness room at Hohenwart is a place for mindful, individual training. Bright, spacious and modern in design, it offers everything needed to move with strength and awareness. High-quality Technogym equipment, free weights and functional training options create space for a workout that adapts entirely to your own rhythm. We are also happy to advise you individually.
Calisthenics Park
In the outdoor calisthenics park, movement meets soothing sunshine and revitalising fresh air. Training with your own body weight builds strength, presence and flexibility. The functional stations of this “playground for adults” allow for varied workouts, from gentle exercises to powerful sessions, set within our lush garden.
