Travelling by public transport is simple and straightforward, for example with Deutsche Bahn or Austrian Railways. We will pick you up free of charge from Meran station and you will also receive a €40 wellness voucher. We are happy to assist you in planning your journey from your region. For longer distances, SkyAlps offers direct flights to Bozen from many cities in Germany, Italy and across Europe. The connecting transfer from Bozen airport is available at a preferential rate of €20 directly to the hotel.
For an even more comfortable journey without luggage, we recommend the luggage service by Insam.

If you are arriving by car, take the Bozen Süd exit on the Brenner motorway and then the expressway to Meran. From the Sinich exit, follow the signs to Schenna. Alternatively, you can also travel via the Reschen Pass and through the Vinschgau valley. On site, a free garage is available, with e-charging stations (for a fee).

Our reception is staffed 24 hours a day. If you arrive early in the morning, we invite you to enjoy breakfast until 11 am; afterwards, the wellness area is at your disposal. Your room will be ready from 3 pm.
For environmentally friendly mobility on site, you will receive the South Tyrol GuestPass for free use of all public transport in South Tyrol. On request, you can also hire one of our electric cars for one or more days for a fee.
