Naturally cloudy classics, refined specialities, seasonal brews - some of our beers are brewed using regional ingredients, and each has its own distinctive flavour profile. Rounded, balanced and harmonious, they pair perfectly with the alpine-Mediterranean cuisine of our house. And because enjoyment does not always call for alcohol, we also offer FREEDL - our alcohol-free beer from family production. Light, fresh and full of character, it is perfect for those who wish to enjoy responsibly at any time of day.
