How your holiday at Hohenwart unfolds
There is no need to be concerned about our terms and conditions. To make planning your holiday easier, we have summarised the most important information on booking conditions, cancellations & more in a clear and concise way. Should anything remain unclear, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Our prices are per person and per night, excluding the local tax of €3.80 per person per night (children under 14 years are exempt). Your booking becomes binding upon receipt of a deposit of 20% of the room rate.
The earlier you book your holiday at Hohenwart, the better the rate for your room. For stays of 4–7 days, you will also benefit from a reduced daily rate!
You can settle your hotel bill in cash, by debit card or by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Eurocard).
Your room will be ready for you from 3 pm on the day of arrival. If you arrive earlier, you can begin your day with an indulgent breakfast (until 11 am) and then enjoy full access to the wellness area. On the day of departure, your room is available until 11 am. You are welcome to continue enjoying the wellness area free of charge throughout the day. On request and subject to availability, we offer late check-out at a price of €60 per person.
Cancellation of a booked stay up to 15 days prior to arrival is free of charge. For cancellations from 14 days before arrival or in the event of early departure, 70% of the booking value will be charged. To avoid any costs in such cases, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance; this can be arranged directly here together with your deposit.
The following conditions apply for children:
0-1 year: free of charge
2-7 years: €49 per night in a double room or €69 in a suite
8-10 years: 60% reduction
11-13 years: 50% reduction
from 14 years: 30% reduction
For stays of 7 nights, you benefit from our family advantage weeks: one child up to 7 years stays free of charge, all additional children up to 13 years pay €49 in a double room or €69 in a suite. From 14 years, a reduction of 30% applies.
Hotel Hohenwart is easily accessible all year round with public transport and by car. We are happy to pick you up from Meran railway station (free of charge) or from Bozen airport (for a fee). A free garage parking space as well as an e-charging station (for a fee) are available on site.
Your dog is very welcome upon request. Please note, however, that dogs may only stay in selected room categories and are not permitted in the restaurant, on the terrace, on the sunbathing lawn or in the wellness area. A fee of €28 per day is charged for the additional cleaning.
