This year opens with a special highlight: "OGGI 0,0HNE – South Tyrol’s first alcohol-free testival", taking place on 28 March 2026. Dedicated to innovative and conscious enjoyment, visitors discover the diversity of alcohol-free drinks – from sparkling tea and creative aperitivi to alcohol-free wines and beers. Music, street food, a gaming area and a silent disco create a lively festival atmosphere, turning the start of the season into a meeting point for exchange and encounter.
From 5 to 20 April, the culinary week “Flavours of Spring” takes centre stage. Local restaurateurs present fresh and creative spring cuisine, bringing the season's colours and flavours to the plate. On 26 April, the matinée in the courtyard of Goyen Castle offers uplifting music, regional specialities and sparkling drinks in a romantic setting.
Another highlight is the Schenna GIN Days, held in the days leading up to the South Tyrolean Gin Festival “Cause I’m G&T”. Tastings, workshops, shows and live music build anticipation for the festival itself, which reaches its peak on 3 May within the historic walls of Schenna Castle. A day of creative cocktails and vibrant atmosphere.
From May 3 to 17, “Spring.Sounds.Sips” brings together flavour and sound: winegrowers open their cellars for special tastings, accompanied by musical accents that add another enjoyable dimension to Spring. Things become particularly active during the “Culinary cycling weeks” from May 17 to 31: discovery tours by bike to farms, wineries and regional producers combine movement with delightful culinary moments.
The cheerful finale of “Schenna in bloom” is the Aperitivo Lungo at Schenna Castle on May 24, where refreshing drinks, tasty snacks and relaxed DJ beats under the open sky celebrate Spring one last time.
