The sauna and wellness worlds in our Meran spa hotel extend across two spa areas that wonderfully complement one another: the VistaSpa (Adults Only) and the FamilySpa for all generations. Both are first-class places of tranquillity and relaxation, perfect for slowing down and disconnecting. The water world covers 400 m² and is the ideal place to simply drift and unwind, both in summer as in winter. In the sauna area, natural materials dominate: wood, stone and soft lighting that will instantly put you into a meditative state.
At the very top of our adults-only area lies our panoramic infinity saltwater pool (34 °C). Floating
in the warm, gently nourishing water, with sweeping views of the mountains and valley basin, you may well lose track of time.
Located directly in our garden, surrounded by lush greenery and bathed in sunshine, our sports pool is heated to 28 °C all year round. The perfect place to swim a few lengths and stay active.
This indoor pool is ideal for relaxed afternoons, but also perfect in winter or on rainy days, when you can enjoy bathing in comforting warmth. Afterwards, settle into the daybeds by the poolside.
There are two additional pools located indoors in the FamilySpa. Let yourself be soothed by gentle bubbles and enjoy those first moments in the water with the youngest member of the family.

In the panorama sauna on our rooftop terrace, daily infusions led by our sauna master await you. Breathe in the soothing essential oils and enjoy the sweeping views of the city far below.
Clear, intense, invigorating: the original Finnish sauna (hot and dry) is a favourite among experienced sauna-goers. Here, the body can truly detox and unwind. Afterwards, cooling down and resting are essential.
Ideal for beginners or anyone who prefers a gentler, circulation-friendly sauna experience, the bio sauna is slightly cooler and more humid than a traditional Finnish sauna - yet just as effective.
Perfect for families and first-time sauna guests of all ages, our textile-friendly sanarium offers a soft introduction. Expect mild temperatures between 50 and 60 °C and a pleasant humidity of around 40–50%.
A delicate floral scent and a fine mist create deep relaxation in the rose steam bath. The saline steam bath, on the other hand, is particularly soothing for the skin and respiratory system and is ideal for a gentle exfoliation. In the FamilySpa, there is also an additional, dress-on family steam bath.
