Our family saunas offer a special experience for young and old: enjoy the sanarium with a pleasant 55-65°C and a humidity of 40-55%, the steam bath with 42-45°C and 100% humidity as well as our soothing infrared cabins. So even the children can gently familiarise themselves with the health-promoting benefits of sauna visits. There are also various relaxation areas with comfortable loungers, daybeds and hammocks - perfect for the whole family to relax and unwind!

Sometimes parents also need "me time" - time for themselves - especially on a wellness holiday.
