SPA etiquette

It is always better to book early to ensure that you can enjoy the VistaSpa at your preferred time. Time is valuable and therefore, we concentrate solely on your particular treatment needs! In case you have to cancel an appointment, we would be grateful if you could let us know as soon as possible. Up to 24 hours before your treatment, a cancellation is free of charge. If you cancel at a later stage or do not appear at all at the agreed time, we will have to charge you the full treatment price. Thank you for your understanding!

VistaSpa has been designed as a unique refuge of quietness, which is upheld in all areas. For this reason, children under the age of 16 are not admitted. We would also ask you to switch off your mobile phones and computers. We recommend you bring your bathrope (except for Shiatsu and Thai yoga, which is carried out in light clothing) and to arrive shortly before your treatment starts at the Wellness reception, where we offer you some herbal tea or herbal water. A member of staff will lead you to your particular treatment area.
