Small print

Our hotel rates are per person and day including half board treatment.
The rates include: 10% VAT (VAT changes have to be counted for.)
Extra beds: 30% reduction for guests staying on the third bed (pull-out sofa) in the room.
In the case of non-appearance at meals we deduct 11.- Euro from your bill. (Give notice by noon).
Dogs are allowed only upon request in the main house and in Hotel Christine (dogs have no access to the dining room or the lie-down garden). Daily rate without dog food: Euro 15.-.
Important note: On the day of arrival the rooms are ready from 3 p.m.
Unfortunately we are unable to confirm a certain room number or floor.
We request that the rooms be vacated by 11 a.m. on the day of departure.
Cancellation policy: The EU norms for cancellation of hotel bookings and travel apply. In the case of cancellation at least 1 month before your arrival, in the case of late arrival or early departure we charge a minimum of 3 days.
Travel cancellation insurance: In order not to be liable for cancellation fees if you have to cancel your holiday due to sickness or other valid reasons, we recommend purchasing travel cancellation insurance. Please request the necessary documents at the point of reservation.
